Fergal's Dedication to Quality
Our family has been farming this land for 10 generations — the roots run deep here.
We’ve been organic since 2015, and raising turkeys for over 36 years. Every part of our process is hands-on and homegrown:
- We grow our own organic grain — a mix of barley and peas — to feed the turkeys.
- We keep sheep and suckler cows, finishing all our cattle on the farm.
- We sell organic wool and organic oats to Flahavan’s.
- We make our own compost tea and fertiliser to enrich the soil naturally.
- All farm waste is recycled, supporting our commitment to sustainability.
We also host social farming, welcoming participants who enjoy being part of the day-to-day work on the land — and the turkeys are always a big hit!
Our goal is simple: to produce honest, organic food that reflects the care, tradition, and integrity of Irish farming.

Fergal’s journey began with a deep-seated love for the Irish countryside and a desire to connect people with wholesome, naturally-reared food. Growing up surrounded by traditional farming values, he inherited a passion for sustainable agriculture and a commitment to animal welfare.
